General Installation for LED Tail Lights Video
Here is a youtube tutorial about how to install the L.E.D. tail lights for 03-06 Chevy Silverado, but it is almost the same steps to installing all LED tail lights. Basically installation is pretty straightforward. You need to take out the screw from you stock tail lights, and then install the LED tail lights and plug to the stock tail lights socket:
