Position Summary:

Operate powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas and loading docks.




Job Duties:
  • Offload, sort and palletize inbound freight
  • Load outbound product and ensure accuracy of carrier
  • Place product in predesignated locations including racks and storage areas
  • Ensures that loads are secure
  • Obtain copy of packing label and transports product to and from designated areas in the facility
  • Place and stack product on pallets with appropriate shipping label and relabel for wholesale and trucking functions
  • Performing daily equipment checks
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory and supplies
  • Pack, label, and stack product for shipping
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience
  • Ability to efficiently coordinate workings with internal and external workers of the company



Position Summary:

Process repaired or replaced product within the warranty period in order for the processing of customer refunds or issuance of credit for future purchase of other products. Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding product information. Provide product installation guidance and troubleshooting assistance.

Job Duties:
  • Ability to answer 150+ emails or messages from customers daily. Resolve complaints from customers regarding billing charges, damaged goods and specific product fitments.
  • Assist customers with product installation. Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance in the use of products.
  • Cross reference parts and vehicles with local dealerships as needed.
  • Provide customers with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers based
  • Issue field destroy request to customers and process refunds
  • Process small item and one-sided replacements
  • Create product manuals utilizing still shots from installation videos
  • Retain an ongoing rapport of items returned with equal issues and report all concerns to management
  • Provide on-call assistance during will-call hours for retail and wholesale clientele
  • Track items being returned without assigned RMA numbers and reports to account representatives
  • Match and log refurbished items and allocate to inventory. Maintain records of items received with results of determination for each item
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
