Return Policy Drop Ship Fees Drop shipping of goods is an option that can be exercised through certain distributors. Our standard drop ship fees are $5 per invoice. We drop ship through 3rd party billing only, where it is required to use your Shipping provider and account number. No returns will be accepted without a RMA#, no exceptions. Please contact us directly before returning anything to our warehouse. Warranty Spyder Auto offers a 30 day exchange policy for all defective products. For moisture or water leak inside the Head Lamps or Tail Lamps, Please double check that all blub sockets are correctly plugged in and as well as the seal around the housing. This problem can be repaired simply by reheating the seals with a heat gun or applying a new layer of silicon sealant around the edges of the housing. Returns If the buyer decides to return any part of the ordered item, he or she must contact the place of purchase. If you are a distributor, please contact Spyder Auto, and on approval, you will receive a return authorization code. This RMA# must be legible on the outside of the packages being returned. RMA# are valid for 10 days, please return item ASAP. There is no return for any parts that have been used, modified, painted, or installed. All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All products returned must be in the original shipping carton in the same condition as it was originally delivered or shipped. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only. Items will be inspected, if it does not meet the criteria, the buyer must accept any incurred costs. All returns shipping must be prepaid. Any returns by COD or without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the buyer at his or her own expense. Shipping costs to and from the purchaser are not refundable. Buyer is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for his or her own protection. Spyder Auto nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment. Shipping and Backorders Spyder Auto tries to maintain a good stocking level in order to prevent backorders. However, in case a backorder is necessary, Spyder Auto will ship the order as soon as the parts become available. Backorders must be canceled within five days from when the order is placed, or before when the parts become available, whichever is sooner. Otherwise, the parts will automatically be shipped to the buyer. |
